HOWEVER, ANY PERSON MAKING PUBLIC COMMENTS IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF HIS OR HER REMARKS. THE BOARD DOES NOT ADOPT OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COMMENTS MADE BY INDIVIDUALS DURING THE PUBLIC COMMENT SECTION OF THE BOARD MEETING.
